Dishes
• Tacos: The most popular Mexican dish globally, tacos consist of a filling wrapped in a tortilla.

• Burritos: Flour tortillas are wrapped around a variety of fillings like meat, beans, and cheese. 

• Nachos: Tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and other ingredients such as beans, jalapeños, and meat.

• Enchiladas: Corn tortillas are dipped in a chili sauce, filled with various ingredients, rolled, and often baked. 

• Quesadillas: Tortillas filled with cheese and other ingredients, then grilled or fried. 

• Chilaquiles: Fried or toasted tortilla pieces topped with salsa, meat, and cheese.
